The crew of the USS Duane, a cutter of the US Coast Guard, can be seen here dropping depth charges on a German U-Boat in the North Atlantic - 17 April 1943
It is likely that this is of the same event where the USS Duane and the USS Spencer destroyed U-175 and then rescued the surviving crew.
